This is an absolute must read!
And those of you who are from my part of the world – yes, that’s the same Ron Futrell who did sports on Denver TV.

Remember the nerdiest kid you ever knew in high school? He’s the one who never could get a date and people (girls especially) with compassionate hearts were always nice to him to make up for the bullies who tormented on him. He’s the one who always got picked last for teams in PE class. He worked the concession stand at prom because he had no date and he couldn’t dance for crap, anyway. He was president of the science club. He was scrawny, little and awkward. He did well academically, but he just never fit in with anyone. Teachers loved him. Coaches didn’t know he existed. He’s a fast talker who thinks he’s really witty, when he’s just really overcompensating for his lack of popularity.
In a nutshell, he is Richard Norvik (from Peggy Sue Got Married.)

What is the greatest aphrodisiac in the world?
Power, and money comes with power.
So here we have this scrawny, nerdy Anthony Weiner who never fit in with this allegedly big twitter following of pretty young ladies. It’s his revenge from his high school days, his vindication that he’s not such a goofy kid, after all. His lingering feelings of teenage inadequacy are soothed by all the pretty girls who follow him on twitter and a few young interns in congress who hang on his every word.
He’s reliving his high school years by (allegedly) tweeting what he thinks is a sexy picture of himself to some young college student.
Read this really enlightening story from the New Republic (well known for its leftwing bent) about the lecherous congressmen we elect and Weiner is one of the stars of the article.

Rep. Weiner’s Twitter Troubles – Watch political news video online from conservative news source townhall.com.
This guy just will not answer the question. And if he thinks it’s going to go away, he’s sadly mistaken. His lawyering up and refusal to give a simple yes or no answer is just going to make things worse. And his refusals make him look guilty. How much more stupid can he be?
Vodpod videos no longer available.

Did Reprehensible Representative Anthony Weiner tweet a photo of an erection (presumably his) inside a pair of Fruit of the Looms to a co-ed in Seattle or was his account, as he claims, hacked?
Why did her account(s) disappear immediately after this photo was sent to her Twitter account?
If his accounts were hacked, did he notify the FBI?
Has be possibly been tweeting with a high school girl?
So many questions – no credible answers at the time of this writing.
This will likely be a long weekend for Weiner and his staff. (There’s something wrong with using the words long and staff in a sentence with Weiner as the subject.)
It will be fun to watch Weiner get himself out of this one and he will because the MSM knows only how to protect its own.

Unknowingly, an IT guy in Abbottabad tweeted the attack on bin Laden’s compound. Then hours later, before Obama takes to the mic, Keith Urbahn (see his tweet below) in America, tweets the news to us.

I am stunned and becoming about as discouraged as I’ve been since November ’08.
If you’ve not seen this video, that’s been posted at Fox News, attacking Sarah Palin in the most vicious, vile and obscene ways, well… you may not want to see it. The language is over the top, the threats are off the charts and the civility? HA! There will be no return to civility in this nation after seeing that.
Google Sarah Palin and this is the drop down menu you will get:
I think we’re beyond civility and unfortunately, beyond hope.
Have we no leaders in this country who will stand up and say “this has to STOP”?
Our nation is so severely divided and I fear it’s not reconcilable.
Since I wrote this blog (less than 30 minutes ago) the Google drop down menu has changed, entirely when you search her name. Interesting…
