As Levin said today on his radio show, the Obama Regime is suing Arizona for asking proof of citizenship when arresting individuals, but they are trying to stop Texas from killing a monster because they never asked for proof.
So, I ask these communists, which is it? How do you want it, because you can’t have it both ways.
And who speaks for this little girl who he raped and killed? We have female – FEMALE – Supreme Court justices who would be screaming for abortion rights but will not speak for this little girl?
Where is the so-called compassion from the left now? They aren’t speaking for the rights of this girl or her family. They are, as they always do, speaking for killers and monsters: like cop killer Mumia Abu-Jamal, who I’ve written about before.
It would be nice to see the outrage that has been all over the news over the verdict in the Casey Anthony case, instead all over the news over this. How dare any nation or organization interfere with a sovereign state, within this country? The United Nations are the first to be trashing America for imposing ourselves on other nations but they are not only investigating Arizona for human rights violations (can you believe that?), now trying to tell the state of Texas how to adjudicate and carry out their laws!
We need a president Perry or someone like him who will tell the UN to go to hell and go to hell in a BIG way!
There are 2 little girls who are dead. One who no one will ever be held to account for but another who’s killer has been convicted and sentenced. His sentence was carried out today.

Dennis Miller made an excellent point tonight on O’Reilly which Bill poo-pooed because it wasn’t his idea first. Let me say before I go on that I’m no Factor fan, I just like his guests and sometimes they’re able to get a complete thought expressed before Bill interrupts them. Frankly, Bill is annoying with his “looking out for the folks” meme all the time.

The point Miller made was that if the LSM goes after Michele Bachmann in the same ruthless and cruel way they’ve gone after Sarah Palin, the media will have established an MO. That won’t look so good for them. Do these liberal journalists want to appear to be the misogynists that they really are or would they rather stay in the closet? Miller gave great kudos to Palin for laying the ground work for all women to come after her because she’s taken all the abuse and heat – there can’t be any left unless the leftist media want to appear in the ugliest of lights. They will look like women haters – even if the woman in question happens to be conservative.
Party affiliation won’t matter a lot to the American people if they see the media pillaging yet one more UNDESERVING female candidate.
The people that both parties will be fighting for will be the independents: the so-called moderate Americans. They are leaving the democrat party because it’s been hijacked by leftist extremists. It’s no longer the party of their parents. It’s now the party of Che and Mao. And I’m pretty sure those moderate American voters don’t want to be aligned with communists. I think as it is, it will be hard for the democrats to win them back, but it will be especially hard if they see unfair and unnecessary gender abuse from the media, sanctioned by the democrat party.
So the greenies in California (where they belong) have succeeded in requiring 4th of July fireworks displays to obtain an environmental impact study before they can MAYBE get a permit to shoot them off.
In the words of the great Green legal guru who has been litigating this case:
“There are a whole host of impacts that we know occur from fireworks shows, from marine mammals to marine birds to water quality to traffic to noise to the air,” [Marco] Gonzalez said. “We want it studied and we want it mitigated.” [translation: we want to spend more of your money in really stupid ways.]
Gonzalez is the attorney for this green group and he’s ecstatic over this ruling. Poor guy and his clients have been suffering from abuse and teasing over what many (normal thinking Americans and a small number of sane Californians) perceived as a stupid and frivolous lawsuit.
“If you were to sum it up with one word, I would say ‘vindication.’ It’s vindication for the environment … and it’s vindication for my client because of the amount of disparaging comments and general negativity that was thrown our way when we were told that our lawsuit was frivolous,” Gonzalez said.
Earlier this month, his lawsuit had spurred regional pollution regulators to adopt a new permit for fireworks shot over beaches and bays. The mandate, based on the Clean Water Act, was a national first.
When do we say enough? What does it take for Americans to reach their saturation point of government bureaucrats lording over us in such insanely stupid ways?
This is the stuff that discourages and infuriates me. And it’s this kind of stupidity what will cause California to implode on itself — not soon enough.

Have you seen the movie Soapdish? The scene: Soap opera star and “America’s Sweetheart” Celeste Talbert (Sally Field) has been dumped by her boyfriend and is being maneuvered by political ner’do-wells at work. She’s depressed and emotionally falling apart when her friend and writer at the Sun Also Sets, (Whoopi Goldberg) takes her to the mall and pretends to be a fan. This incites all the shoppers to gather ’round Celeste and beg for autographs and go all gah-gah over her. Just the “worship fix” Celeste needed.
When I saw Obama in Ireland today, in front of thousands of cheering, adoring fans, I thought immediately of that scene in Soapdish. In his own version of television soap opera, Obama’s not getting the kind of reception in America that the Irish have lavished on him, and in fact he’s been getting a lot of criticism, so I’m sure he’s in need of a little messiah worship infusion. He’ll get it from those European socialists who want nothing more than to slobber all over the first Black American president.

I just finished reading Andrew Breitbart’s Righteous Indignation and started reading Blacklisted by History: the untold story of Senator Joe McCarthy by M. Stanton Evans.
Breitbart’s book is about what has become the left controlled media and culture in America: how to identify it and how to combat it. It’s a quick read and has some fun and interesting anecdotes about his life, past and present.
You know how you learn a new word and then see it everywhere? After reading Breitbart’s book, I’ve been more conscious of what I’m reading and hearing in the media. So, that happened to me today when I started reading Evans’ book. The book begins with all the redactions he found when researching documents regarding McCarthy and all the missing documents related to him. Documents missing from the National Archives, for instance. Documents that would have supported or debunked a lot that has made Joe McCarthy an evil legend, to most.
The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times and the Washington Post all had written about McCarthy at different times, including obits that related to “victims” of his governmental communist hunt. And every one of them, even in crossword puzzle clues, as well as all the history I’ve read previously about McCarthy, refer to his HUAC – House Un-American Activities Committee.
Do you see how easily duped we’ve been by the main stream media in this country? A senator cannot chair a HOUSE committee…

With Wasserman-Schultz (love that hyphenated last name, don’t you?) appointed chairPERSON of the DNC, it’s out in the open now that the democrat party is really the party of communists. And with this appointment, the demise of the DNC is all but assured – or at least I’m praying so.

Ezra Klein is an idiot wizkid. He has no idea what he’s talking about but sure has convinced a whole lot of folks that he knows something about something.
When did it become the common knowledge in this country that in order to know what the Constitution says, we need lawyers and judges to tell us? There is no way that anyone can convince me that the Founders wrote this document so that NONE of us could understand it. This document was not written to keep the populace in the dark about their God-given rights. No way – no how!
But Ezra says that it’s too complicated and written in an old fashion-y way and it’s over 100 years old (no, Ezra, you brilliant 26 year old, poli-sci grad, it’s over 230 years old) so therefore, it’s irrelevant today. And it’s confusing.
Confusing to liberals, yes. Because they are having a difficult time finding ways to twist the old fashion-y text to fit their changing attacks on our rights.
Irrelevant? To progressives, yes. They continue to write law that has no basis in the Constitution. And they are not ashamed to tell you so, either. Just take note of the comments from Congressmen and Senators who state that they don’t consider the Constitution when making law. You’ve all heard and seen those clips of Pete Stark, Pelsoi and others.
Ezra also says it’s non-binding. Non-binding to progressives yes, as they try to find loop holes around it, while they try to tie us in knots by restricting our rights. How can the reading of it at the opening of the 112th Congress be non-binding?
The Constitution is binding on every person who takes an oath to uphold it, Ezra, you stupid jackass! It’s binding every day that those men and women are in session and every day those same people are writing and voting on laws that effect our lives.
Tell me, you big dummy, (now I’m channeling Levin) when in any of our daily lives is that document non-binding? It’s the only thing that is keeping a Chavez-like regime from really taking root in this nation.
Lastly, someone tell me when it became okay, in fact fashionable, to be a self-avowed communist in the body politic of this nation? As a caller asked last night on Levin, how can a communist (or some variation of that – a marxist or socialist) take an oath to uphold the Constitution? It is in total ideological opposition to the communist ideology and therefore, a communist cannot make an honest and truthful oath to uphold our Constitution.
