In my life time it was the Viet Nam war, then civil rights, and women’s rights with the sub-cause abortion rights. These causes (for the exception of abortion) have all but evaporated and so they glommed onto health care reform and the green cause, aka global warming climate change.

Scott Brown has murdered health care, all alone and premeditated. Just ask Chris “leg tingler” Matthews:

Too Mainstream? TOO Mainstream? Has this leg-tingler lost his  mind? I’m really sure that no one views the democrats as too mainstream. The problem so many Americans are having with the democrats is that they are not even close to mainstream. They have been hijacked by the crazy left marxists and it’s turning off many sensible party members. I believe there will be a dramatic rise in people who identify as independents in the coming year. There are many who simply cannot call them selves Republicans but will not call themselves democrats, any longer.

Obama will leave a legacy of gutting his own party.

“I have become increasingly concerned that the bills and policies pushed by the current Democratic leadership are not good for north Alabama or our nation,”  Griffith said during a press conference Tuesday.

“I am announcing today that I’m joining the Republican conference immediately,” he said.  “Our nation is at a crossroads and I can no longer align myself with a party that continues to pursue legislation that is bad for our country, hurts our economy, and drives us further and further into debt.”

Let’s hope that what Congressman Griffith is saying, is true and heartfelt.

In what has to be the most convoluted, rambling and nonsensical “apology” ever, this dip-shit (pardon me, but I’ve really had enough of stupid people for one week) exposes himself for the truly stupid dip-shit that ever took a breath. He can twist this and spin it 30 ways to Sunday but Matthews showed his true color – red – in his “West Point is the enemy camp” comment. He called West Point cadets the enemy within the enemy camp. His comments, in the video clip down this page a bit, tells his true contempt for our military and his so-called apology rings hollow and is even more offensive.

He’s an idiot.

It comes as no surprise though, that the military have less than warm feelings for their commander-in-chief who has shown very little regard for them and in fact, uses them as props for photo ops.

It’s the image, stupid.

MATTHEWS: They, they, people the activists on radio are not afraid because they’re not afraid of anything. But at some point if we have violence in this country against our president of any form or attempt, people are gonna pay for it, the people who have encouraged the craziness. And I get the feeling, at some point, the responsible grown ups like people who have [been] elected 20 or 30 years, who know what it means to be responsible officeholders, must be saying to themselves, “I don’t want to be one of the people responsible if one of these Looney Tunes gets a gun and does something.”

Does Chris Matthews take the same credit for the pro-lifer who was gunned down? Does he take responsibility for the pro-Obama nutcase who bit off the finger of man at a town hall meeting?

Is the standard going to be the same for the Twilight Zone media?

When did he become OUR president, Chris? He might be yours, but he’s shown himself to not care about being mine. He refuses to talk to the 22% of independents who watch Fox News, just because they watch Fox News. He had no idea about any TEA party rallys. He wasn’t paying attention to the amount of federal money (MY taxes, by the way) that ACORN has been and would be receiving.

Who’s president is he? He said he wanted to be the president of all the people and then he acts contrary to that at every turn.
