Pima County Sheriff setting up a great defense for the Tucson assassin

Jared Loughner is not responsible for his actions, according to Sheriff Dickhead. It’s all Rush Limbaugh’s fault.

“The kind of rhetoric that flows from people like Rush Limbaugh, in my judgment he is irresponsible, uses partial information, sometimes wrong information,” Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik said today. “[Limbaugh] attacks people, angers them against government, angers them against elected officials and that kind of behavior in my opinion is not without consequences.”

The sheriff goes on to say that “The vitriol affects the [unstable] personality that we are talking about,” he said. “You can say, ‘Oh no, it doesn’t,’ but my opinion is that it does.”

As Mark Levin said on his show last night, I’m sure that the FBI and those who will be prosecuting this nutcase, are all wishing this loose cannon sheriff would shut the hell up. He is doing his best to set up an excellent defense for Loughner by blaming his criminal behavior on every talk show host, an entire network (Fox News), numerous politicians (including Sarah Palin) and an entire political movement (the Tea Party), all with absolutely no connections to this killer and no evidence that he ever paid any attention to any of those individuals, television networks, radio shows or the Tea Party.

This sheriff is doing a great job of guaranteeing that Loughner won’t get the death penalty for his unspeakable and horrendous crime.

Good job, pal. I’m sure Judy Clark is hoping you keep talking.

Teenager forced into terrorism because he felt hopeless. . . or something.

Here comes the new plea and excuse to give Mexico more aid:

The story of El Ponchis [the alleged 14 year old assassin] is the most shocking involving youngsters in drug cartels, but even President Felipe Calderon has acknowledged “in the most violent areas of the country, there is an unending recruitment of young people without hope, without opportunities.”

Figures obtained by The Associated Press from Mexico’s attorney general’s office show that the number of youths 18 and under detained for drug-related crimes has climbed steadily since Calderon launched his assault on cartels in 2006. There were 482 that year and 810 in 2009. There were 562 in the first eight months of this year, on track to surpass last year.

Just as TheOne has excused Muslim terrorists because of poverty and hopelessness, this is the excuse Calderon is using to explain the mess his nation is in. And this is how he’s going to be asking for more aide from us. If we want to save ourselves from his nation’s narco-terrorism, we will have to pay them.
