“Let me say this as plainly as I can. If you buy a car from Chrysler or General Motors, you will be able to get your car serviced and repaired just like always,” Obama said in a speech. “Your warranty will be safe. In fact, it will be safer than it has ever been. Because starting today, the United States will stand behind your warranty.”
But now GM is saying it’s not responsible for “old GM” warranties. A lady has file a
class action lawsuit because “new GM” is refusing to honor the warranty on her Impala.

2008 Chevy Imapala
“There are no specific factual allegations that New GM — as opposed to Old GM — did anything at all in relation to her vehicle,” [Ben] Jeffers [GM attorney] wrote. “Plaintiff here is trying to saddle new GM with the alleged liability and conduct of old GM.”
And this comes as a surprise to who? Why would anyone expect that Obama would keep his word? And make no mistake, this has the face of Obama all over it. GM and Chrysler are Obama and his union’s babies.
If I owned a GM made before 2009, I’d sell it as quick as I could and get myself a Ford.
But I already own a Ford.

I own an old Dodge truck that the warranty expired on years ago.
Ford, IMO was an excellent poker player when the regime tried to intimidate them into taking the bluff of the Obama administration.
Ford held fast and they are now benefiting from the American People that are reluctant to buy a car from the government.
Chrysler/Fiat is a hoot.
Have you seen the ads on TV promoting the new Fiat roller skate ????
When I need to replace my truck, Chrysler and GM will not be considered.
My wife drives a Honda, an extremely reliable car, built in Ohio, who have no unions.
Obama has been on a roll since he put his feet to the ground to render the American economy as nothing more that mediocre on the world stage.
We cannot allow Barry and the unions to destroy the manufacturing sector of this Country.
Oh Canada,..thanks for the armored buses !
Query, did Canada build those buses with union workers ?

Nothing new with our Liar in Chief. It would be nice if the msm brought this up at a presser.

You’re absolutely right it would be nice if they’d pay attention to this stuff. But just like with ObamaCare, one thing after another is surfacing. And by the time the whole truth is out, it will be beyond repairing – or that’s what he’s hoping, anyway.
