As Levin said today on his radio show, the Obama Regime is suing Arizona for asking proof of citizenship when arresting individuals, but they are trying to stop Texas from killing a monster because they never asked for proof.
So, I ask these communists, which is it? How do you want it, because you can’t have it both ways.
And who speaks for this little girl who he raped and killed? We have female – FEMALE – Supreme Court justices who would be screaming for abortion rights but will not speak for this little girl?
Where is the so-called compassion from the left now? They aren’t speaking for the rights of this girl or her family. They are, as they always do, speaking for killers and monsters: like cop killer Mumia Abu-Jamal, who I’ve written about before.
It would be nice to see the outrage that has been all over the news over the verdict in the Casey Anthony case, instead all over the news over this. How dare any nation or organization interfere with a sovereign state, within this country? The United Nations are the first to be trashing America for imposing ourselves on other nations but they are not only investigating Arizona for human rights violations (can you believe that?), now trying to tell the state of Texas how to adjudicate and carry out their laws!
We need a president Perry or someone like him who will tell the UN to go to hell and go to hell in a BIG way!
There are 2 little girls who are dead. One who no one will ever be held to account for but another who’s killer has been convicted and sentenced. His sentence was carried out today.
At this man, and anyone who supports him, is where our rage should really be directed.

Great post as always! I was very glad that Gov. Perry did not cave into Obama’s international pressure and put the weasel down. No chance of him ever hurting another person. That, little lady is what it’s all about … take a life and forfeit your own. Period.

Really good point. And I didn’t think about the implication of the UN/administration’s beef with this execution, when compared with their problem with Arizona’s law. More hypocrisy, as usual. Nice catch.
Now my mistrust of prosecutorial power is requiring one last point. You mention the rights of the girl and her family. Awkwardly, there is no such thing as victim’s rights in a criminal trial. Alan Derchwitz explains better than I do:

Well, Perry showed some cojones after all. Kudos to Texas. Check out Frijolero, the person who commented on your comment on my post. I was gonna block him, but then I decided to let him go after I added an editorial remark. Turns out that his IP is located in the same part of Mexico that the murderer Leal is from. Thought you might find that interesting.

they are the ones who do not think twice about ripping a live baby apart limp by limp with their approved ‘partial birth abortion’. This stuff belongs in the categorie of Joseph Mengele, and Hitler-they too lacked morals on evry level.
Progressives, or fascists believe in one thin only – pwer! They will play, and pit one group of people against the other for power.
What we really need in this country is to weed ALL the Reds out, whether they in DC or State Govts, when we have done that, everything is small potatoes, and will fall in place. Only then can we rebuilt this country as it was founded-based on faith, integrity, honor, and respect!
