At the same time, in a speech this week at Tufts University, Pelosi is advising Republicans to “take back your party” because “elections shouldn’t matter as much as they do.”

This is yet another example as to why we need to kick these bums out of office. They continuously insult and undermine the intelligence of Americans.

In 1954, in response to the Communist threat of the times, President Eisenhower encouraged Congress to add the words “under God,” creating the 31-word pledge we say today. Bellamy’s daughter objected to this alteration.

It is an honor to recite the “Pledge of Allegiance.” The propaganda is embedded in the attacks and alleged justification against its recital.

“Under God” wasn’t in the original pledge . . . maybe it was a throwback.

So glad I was not forced to recite this propaganda in my public school!
