Case in point: In the current defense bill, it’s not enough that they are trying to confer amnesty on illegal minors (the DREAM Act), and to do away with the “Don’t ask – Don’t tell” but now Roland Burris (R-Ill) wants to allow abortion on demand at all military hospitals overseas.
The Burris proposal would undo restrictions put in place by congressional Republicans during the Clinton administration. That policy restricted abortions at military hospitals to cases of rape, incest or when the woman’s life is threatened.
Sometimes I think that we really don’t have to do anything but sit back, wait long enough and then watch these liberals blow themselves up.

“give them enough rope and they will always hang themselves.” Us Liberals feel exactly the same way about Conservatives and the imploding GOP. It truly is amazing what some politicians will say. I’m not saying that it’s only Republicans spouting this nonsense, but the majority of it is, in my opinion. And worse yet they seem to be resorting to “shock-value” politics to try and scare people into seeing their delusional view of the world.

Study economics and history and you may come up with a different opinion.
“Shock value” politics are not the mantra of the GOP.
The GOP hung themselves during the last decade,
hence the socialists are attempting to wreak havoc on the economic structure of the country.
Obamas minions are taking advantage of a chink in our armor.
The Tea Party movement is intending to expose the charlatans that exist in both parties, and prevent them from being re-elected.

I still have a friend who tells me I’m a nutcase for being part of the TEA party. This guy has absolutely no idea what he’s talking about. He gets his news from Time mag and the liberal networks, he has never once listened to Rush, Sean or Levin. And I know that if he just one time listened or watched a different channel or read a REAL fair political mag, he’d be a TEA party member, too!
Who in their right mind believes it’s a positive thing to spend more money then you have?
Who believes that they should send more and more of their hard earned money to the government for zero results?
If these Statists would just one afternoon listen to talk radio – instead of just buying from Bill Maher and others that the radio guys are just wacko and the tea party is too – they might find out they are really more mainstream than they think.
The thing is, these statists don’t research things on their own, they don’t listen to differing views, they just swallow everything their marxist pseudo-intellectuals tell them.
When Levin calls them drones – he’s got that right.

My inlaws are the same way.
Can’t see the forest for the trees.
I have given up trying to convert them to the conservative philosophy.
Thank goodness my wife sees what America is up against.
You are not a nutcase, you are part of the soul of America.
We the People will overcome the challenge that has been placed before us, we always have and will do it this time too.
Obama is nothing more than a tick on a tiger.
