Many have asked about the news that there may be “infiltrators” at tea parties around the nation.  A website (crashtheteaparty.org) was recently set up.  The creator, though he tried to hide his identity, has been outed; his name is Jason Levin, and he’s a middle school teacher in Beaverton, Oregon.  He’s on record saying that you might see some of his team in Nazi uniforms at your local tea party pretending to be racists and other offensive characters.  Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy doesn’t it?  And one has to ask the question; if tea partiers are racist, anti-Semitic homophobes, and it’s so obvious, why does he need to plant people who pretend to be those things at your tea parties?  Ah…leftist logic and tactics…there is no way to understand their twisted thoughts.  But you do need to know what the left is up to.

Stop the presses! The press is being stopped.

This story, coming as it does from the leftist Washington Post, should be a flashing red alarm to everyone, not just those in the media and press. Perhaps however, this will be a wake up call for the Obama fawning journalists.

Saturday, he ditched the press and left for a his daughter’s supposed soccer game. He bragged about this to the leader of Pakistan and remarked that his behavior caused some upset in the press pool. Interesting though, that if he were at his daughter’s soccer game, where are the pictures and youtube videos that surely other parents would have taken? Everyone has a cell phone these days and most certainly those parents at that exclusive private school have some kind of cell.

When was his last real, true press conference? He side steps the press by using youtube and his websites to speak directly to “the people” – read that HIS people. He does campaign style stump speeches with, again, HIS people, to sell his health care plan to people who are already on his bandwagon. He sends out surrogates to speak for him every Sunday morning on network television. He signed the Stupak executive order in private (so as not to rub it in the noses of his Marxists pro-choice supporters) and then released a – A – photo of the worthless but historic event. (Historic because it was so obviously worthless.)

The press is being duped and dissed by a president who is consistently marginalizing them. I think this is a strategic maneuver. This president who has a press that is so in love with him are now being ditched and left to 1st and 2nd tier WH officials to speak for him. It will be interesting to watch if this behavior continues how the press will contend with being bitch slapped all the time by their idol.

During the presidential campaign, a lot of people insisted that Obama was really a Muslim pretending to be a Christian. I wasn’t one of them. I did figure, though, that if my name was Barack Hussein Obama and I was going to run for president a mere seven years after 9/11, I wouldn’t admit I was a Muslim, either. On the other hand, I, personally, would have sooner trusted a Muslim who’d been attending a mosque in Dearborn for 20 years than a Christian who’d been attending a racist, anti-American church in Chicago for all that time.

Anybody, after all, can claim to be a Christian. The proof, in the words of that fabulous effing wordsmith, Joe Biden, is in the pudding, and when I learned that among Obama’s friends and mentors were such notorious anti-Semites as Rev. Wright, Louis Farrakhan, Rashid Khalidi and Father Pfleger, it certainly kick-started my suspicions about his religious convictions. Still, as I saw it, when in Chicago, you do as Chicagoans do. And, that being the case, I figured that in such swampland, even if a saint were to wade into Chicago politics, he would eventually be knee-deep in snakes and alligators named Tony Rezko, Richard Daley and Bill Ayers.

LAS VEGAS — A Nevada asphalt contractor who is running under the Tea Party of Nevada banner to unseat Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has been hit with felony theft and bad check charges in Las Vegas.This comes one day after Scott Ashjian was attacked by the Tea Party Express, who labeled him a “fraud” and said he was not affiliated with the national movement.Court documents filed Friday show Ashjian is accused of bouncing a $5,000 business check last year.Other tea party activists have been distancing themselves from Ashjian. A lawsuit is challenging his candidacy, and an ad targeting Ashjian has been sponsored by the Tea Party Express, one of the most visible factions of the national tea party movement.Public documents show Ashjian also faces foreclosure on home loans totaling almost $1 million, owes $200,000 to the IRS and faces several city nuisance actions and liens.Ashjian hasn’t responded to messages seeking comment. Ashijan’s made a $6000 restitution payment and all charges have apparently been dropped. But this guy has no impact and will have none, on this race. If Reid thought that Ashijan would help his own campaign (by splitting the vote), he’s sadly mistaken.  All Reid has going for his campaign is massive war chest and no competition from the democrats. He has 56% of Nevadans who disapprove of him. All that money and negative ads will likely cause his negative numbers to go up, not down.

This is a race that I think is already done. Reid’s out and a new Majority Leader is on the way in. That alone is cause for celebration. Any idea who is replacement might be?
